For the first time ever, we will welcome a cooper from Alba Cooperage to demonstrate the incredible skills involved in building a cask at The Vaults. The cooperage session will be hosted in the Courtyard from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm.
Then, we will head to the Cask Room to enjoy a 3-dram tasting focused on additional maturation flavours, exploring the complexity and contrast that different casks and finishes bring to the whisky.
As usual a Society Supper is included. We kindly ask that you get in touch with vaults@smws.com should you have any dietary requirements or allergies. Your prior notice allows us to honor these requests thoughtfully. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we will do our best to accommodate your needs on short notice, but please understand if we are unable to fulfill all requests. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
