Eau de Vie Grande Reserve

We walked through a magical forest full of the aromas of fresh pine, bitter orange, green leafy geraniums, woody balsamic fir needles and a resinous fruity herbal spiciness. We made a break and enjoyed a sip from our thermos flask, one had hot nettle tea with honey and cinnamon, while others had a refreshing, cooling mint tea with a peppercorn juniper spice kick.
