Tasting Notes
Juicy berry fruits opened the doors to a world of sunshine on orange skins and spicy cinnamon mingling with crushed coriander seeds. Silky textures flowed over dried cherries, raisins and currants in crunchy breakfast cereal served alongside coffee with ginger syrup and soft Turkish delight. Adding water unveiled delightful realms of Portuguese custard tarts, dusted with soft brown sugar and bitter orange peel, joined by brioche and toasted malt loaf. Roasted peaches then merged with wild strawberries as rose-scented Turkish delight returned, combining with honeycomb and coconut water before orange, thyme and pine sap converged on the finish.
