Robbie and Emma Gilligan are the husband-and-wife team behind Derwent Distillery in Tasmania. Robbie hails from Glasgow while Emma is a home grown Tasmanian. We’re delighted to be welcoming them both for a takeover at Glasgow Bath Street on Wednesday, 16 April.
Located in the rural town of Dromedary, this small family-run distillery has two copper pot stills, one 500L capacity still and another smaller 50L capacity still. The distillery produces award-winning small batch Derwent Distillery Single Malt Whisky and Last Sanctuary Gin.
Join us for a four-dram tasting with a Society supper and hear more about Robbie and Emma’s whisky journey.
