Notes from the Whisky Team:
Two serious drams with heft and spice. A spicy 95 distillate with intense resinous PX influence to keep you on your toes, sink your teeth in it, and keep water nearby in case it bites back! The other dram is a fruity 41 that's combining some spicy PX influence with an extra supercharged sherry kick of sweetness from a supercharges quartercask (small 125 litre cask, more wood contact, more intensity). That's one for the days you need that extra edge of spice and lively sherry zing.
