Tasting Notes
On a bed of maple syrup and sweet pancakes, we discovered smoked ham adorned with barbecued pineapple rings and sliced apple. A sprinkling of salted chocolate buttons lay scattered over chilli honey and charred apple pie topped with a bonfire-baked banana. Water unveiled singed coconut husks amid a selection of tropical fruit chutneys and tomato barbecue sauce. Pork pies now arrived with a layer of pineapple jelly beneath their soft pastry. A splash of sea spray delivered a hint of salt, bringing with it a few grilled lobsters. The tropical notes continued on to the finish, conjuring mango and smoked melon served with parma ham and more pineapple for good measure.
