A bed of crushed sea shells

On a bed of crushed sea shells, peach syrup was poured over milled wheat and sliced banana. A topping of coal dust and menthol added a dynamic contrast to the nose. The palate was likewise; a fruit salad, white rum and a core-but-light menthol smoke character. Water opened a tin of tea tree oil, pine resin and bubblegum, a soothing balm of sweet medicinal notes that were joined by vanilla ice cream. The palate matched this while incorporating a gentle spice, with smoked limoncello to finish.
