Tasting Notes
Bursting with aromas of red grape juice made from freshly pressed grapes, sun-filled pink grapefruits, Thai lemongrass and dark Manuka honey whilst on the palate neat we were served a fizzy cocktail made with gin, grapefruit juice, thyme vanilla syrup, elderflower liqueur and soda water. After dilution, on the nose, sweet candied pineapple and sliced chocolate covered caramel apple whilst on the palate now a rocket salad with red cherry tomatoes, sliced navel oranges and cured black olives in a spicy vinaigrette followed by a nutmeg spiced berry, rose water, almond and meringue tart making this a real summer soiree treat.
