Tasting Notes
An easy and immediately playful nose opened with juicy fruit bubblegum, pineapple cordial and pine needles. We also noted cotton candy, soft fudge, modelling glue and caramel wafers. When reduced the nose opened up to reveal yellow flowers, turmeric, dried apricot, pollens, overripe plums and jasmine tea. The neat palate had spiced vanilla panna cotta up front along with honeycomb, linseed oils and sweet children's cough medicines. With water we found barley sugars, peppermint, juicy ripe fruits, golden honey, lemon thyme and dried mango.
