Tasting Notes
A soft and creamy aroma reminded the panel of fresh fluffy towels washed in fabric softener, marigold and comfrey hand cream as well as Chantilly cream and peaches. On the palate we scooped out segments of juicy grapefruit with plenty of demerara sugar and popped them into our mouth - refreshing, sweet and slightly tart. Following reduction, the scent was like a blaze of yellow from meadow buttercups surrounded by berry-laden hedges, as we chewed on zesty orange and elderflower flavoured gum before we enjoyed pineapple ice cream, blood orange sorbet and a mango lassi.
