Tasting Notes
Nosing this neat felt like a beautifully soft cashmere scarf was caressing our necks and keeping us warm as we walked along the beach on a cold, crisp morning. On the palate the scarf turned out to be a bit scratchier than we had initially thought, however still very pleasant and comforting like a smooth, sweet and spicy vanilla Chai black tea. Following reduction, we moved indoors and lit a candle with the soothing scent of palmarosa, lavender and ylang-ylang. The taste was honeydew melon balls with mint and ginger and rose hip syrup with homemade Scandinavian blackcurrant leaf cordial in the finish.
