Tasting Notes

We imagined a sunny day at the funfair, queuing for candyfloss with the wind carrying a whiff of chestnuts roasting on an open fire. On the palate we moved on and had grapes on a skewer, dipped in chilli white chocolate with a mug of steaming hot white mulled wine. When we added water, we got side-tracked with a bag full of freshly candied almonds. Meanwhile the taste was now that of candied apples, hot fruit pies, tarts and crumbles all washed down with a sweet, slightly citric cider served in a wooden tankard - enjoy the ride!
