Tasting Notes
Straight from the bottle intense aromas of clove oil and cardamom swirled around bay leaves and black tea. A fireball of chillies and eucalyptus erupted in the mouth, burning up cinnamon, toffee and fresh rosemary. Then, with water, a phoenix emerged from the flames and soared over apricot pastries, hazelnuts and chestnuts soaked in brandy. The sweet aroma of pencil boxes followed a trail of rose petals as the mythical bird landed in a nearby cider apple tree. With a shake of the branch, cocoa powder and cinnamon rained down on to lovage leaves and soft toffee below.
