Tasting Notes
Sweet aromas of mango, coconut and milk chocolate brought a tropical smile as we discovered peach yoghurt and brandy snaps. Flavours were equally pleasing with coconut milk and syrup over satsumas, papaya and passionfruit with a little ground ginger and cinnamon. A dash of pure water from an idyllic waterfall elevated floral aromas of potpourri and elderflower cordial while banana fudge, dried blackcurrants and toffee sweets merged with oily nut butter. The buttery notes melted onto warm hot cross buns and toasted muffins in the mouth before chewy raisins and white grapes mixed with granola breakfast cereal.
