Throughout this legacy flavour profile tasting we'll discuss what makes a whisky sweeter or drier and why the distillation and cask maturation process is so unique to each spirit.
This tasting will include two Spicy & Sweet and two Spicy & Dry drams. The final dram will be yours to choose - will it be Spicy & Sweet or Spicy & Dry?
This five-dram tasting will include a Society supper. Please arrive at 6.46pm for a 7pm start.
