The new flavour profiles have been slowly settling in over the last few months so lets delve a little deeper into each one. Starting with one of the best (in our Glaswegian opinion) – Dried Fruits & Spices.
During this five–dram tasting we will explore different cask types, different distilleries and discus what flavours we can pick out in each dram. This tasting is a great way to get acquainted with each flavour profile a bit more intimately to help you decide what your new ‘go to’ will be.
Throughout the year we will be exploring all eight of the new flavour profiles, maybe with a couple of legacy ones thrown in to reminisce! Keep your eye out to purchase tickets to your favourite.
