Our eight new flavour profiles represent an evolution of the twelve profiles that have guided members since 2012.
These new flavour profiles have been refined and refocused to offer a more intuitive experience and this tasting is your chance to experience them for the first time.
In the spirit of our much-loved Outturn Preview tastings, this relaxed sampling event invites you to explore eight hand-picked casks, each representing one of the new flavour profiles. Compare, contrast, and discover the depth and variety each new category has to offer, all at your own pace.
