Like a Mediterranean garden in spring with roses, lavender and irises in full bloom next to an array of aromas like peeled almonds, coconut husk, green bananas, lemon oil and cooked apples. On the palate neat - clusters of honey cereal with frozen fruits of the forest spiced up with plenty of cinnamon and bananas wrapped in silver foil over a smouldering peat fire. After we added water, we opened a fresh coconut with a machete and drank the refreshing sweet milk out of one half but before that we added a dash of white rum, cranberry and pineapple juice to make a Bay Breeze cocktail.
