Tasting Notes
A light and totally charming aroma full of fabrics, wool, icing sugar, pink marshmallow and candy floss greeted us at first nosing. Beyond that we also got fruit salad juices, bubble gum and various ripe exotic and green fruits. Reduction brought toasted marshmallow, chocolate stout, crème caramel and white flowers. A generous and totally enticing nose. The mouth was firmer and maltier at first. More peppery, warming and showing hints of herbal medicines. Then with water far more exotic, many fruit teas, dried mango, white stone fruits, kumquat, muddled herbs and pineapple cake. Dangerous juice!
