Tasting Notes
It could have been love at first scent as wedding bouquets were flung into the air and carnations, lilies and roses fell from the sky like rain on a hot summers day. Gazing into each others eyes across the mixing bowl we gently stirred icing sugar and Madagascan vanilla beside a Victoria sponge cake that was fresh from the oven. With water came firm notes of cedar wood and oak that bound black tea tannins to dried mango, papaya and pineapple. Toffee and fudge then embraced over warming nutmeg spice before melted butter, fragrant pipe tobacco and grated dark chocolate lasted into the extensive finish.
