Tasting Notes
Tiny white chocolate mice scurried around among pineapples, bananas and crunchy green apples, following an irresistible trail of demerara sugar and toasted coconut shavings. On the palate, the mice found nectarines and peaches with candied ginger mixed with fragrant tobacco, before they discovered their favourite treat: stewed rhubarb. With a drizzle of water it was almonds and dried mint that tempted the white chocolate mice to forage through hibiscus, rose and lily petals. After a few sips of sherry and herbal tea they voyaged further into papaya, kumquat and soft cream soda territory before feeling exhausted, and lying down to rest on a bed of mango and coconut rice.
