Butter and thick cream coated the juicy fruits of melon, mango and strawberry while fragrant aromas of Turkish delight and vanilla merged with green grass and marzipan. The palate also was bound by fruits in syrup but now with ginger, cinnamon and brown sugar dusted over brazil nuts and toasted grains. With water the floral notes evolved into scented hand soap and honeysuckle to compliment mandarins with their green leaves and lemon meringue pie. Flavours now blended fresh pineapples and crunchy apples with peaches and apricots. Creamy vanilla then merged with fresh sawdust and buttered wholemeal toast before finishing with waxy lemon skin.
