The nose neat was d a fascinating combination of sea salt infused with the exotic spice of saffron to create a salted caramel brittle matched with very dark chocolate. This was followed almost seamlessly on the palate with a perfect fusion of the sea salt, sweet caramel and high cocoa chocolate. When we added water dried mango slices, clove rolling tobacco and zesty lime & chilli sea salt aromas appeared. We then got served a perfectly made salty dog cocktail (gin, grapefruit juice in highball glass with a salted rim) accompanied by black peppered cashew nuts.
