Tasting Notes

Incredibly fresh and vibrant on the nose, like champagne bubbles rising from the bottom of the glass, but here it almost jumped for joy out of the glass! On the palate, juicy, fruity jelly babies, American cream soda sherbet (great for dipping) and a pink mint rock with a zingy mango and passion fruit jam in the finish. Water added aromas of peach iced tea, passionfruit parfait, blueberry smoothie and a melon ball medley before we enjoyed foamy shrimp sweets, butter icing, fairy cakes and jam roly-poly. By the end we imagined ourselves doing the conga dance with tutti-frutti hats on.
