We submerged our candy dipstick into a tropical sherbet fizz, mango, papaya banana and dragon fruit before we enjoyed poached pears with vanilla and cinnamon. Next, we scooped cardamon whipped cream over our chai spiced apples and enjoyed them with dark chocolate strawberry creams with a boozy creamsicle float - orange soda, whipped cream with vodka and vanilla ice cream. Following the addition of water we prepared a creamy fruit dessert with loquats, strawberries, cream cheese and a dash of amaretto. To taste the zesty sweetness of kumquat and lemongrass ice cream, freshly squeezed orange juice and in the finish Kendal mint cake.
