We imagined brewing an Earl Grey tea adding a splash of lemon juice and sitting down at a table next to a vase of yellow tulips. We then started to eat a bowl of cereal with lots of delicate oatmeal, plenty of puffed rice, almonds, coconut and lots of chocolate flakes, while on the side black pepper butter cookies. Water released a wonderful freshness and fruitiness like walking in a lush tropical garden following a short rain shower. The taste had plenty of vigorous palate-coating goodness, bursting with flavour – sweet and citric and a long finish of slightly peppered pineapples.
