A wealth of sweet cereals, soft waxes and mature, herbal complexity. Lots of dried flowers, hibiscus tea, dried lime peel, thyme, rosemary and things like canvas and baking parchment. We found it superbly elegant, deep and enticing. With water the aromas become fresh, crisper, more estery and elegantly coastal. Lots of eucalyptus resin, pinecones, aged yellow Chartreuse, moss, lemon cough drops and mineral oils. The palate opened with cough medicines, Darjeeling tea with lemon, citronella candles, dried oregano, mint tea and menthol cigarettes. Water really brought about a big change in the weather, everything became much more saline, sharp and citrusy. Big westerly gusts of fresh air, bath salts, fennel, mustard powder, dried tarragon and jasmine flowers.
