An initial rush of fabrics, minerals, and coconut, then abundant ripe pineapple, bubble-gum, baklava, melon and runny honey. A spoonful of salty porridge and the fresh waft of cut grass. Reduction brought us salty pasta water, herbal infusions, medicated toothpaste, limoncello, beach pebbles and olive oil with chopped parsley. The neat palate showed a textural fatness of putty with sweet lime curd, lemon cough drops, herbal teas and pineapple syrup. Some aniseed, orange cocktail bitters and Tutti Frutti as well. Water brought cooking oils, chopped and muddled herbs, mint tea, lemon barley water, Scotch broth and fruity citronella wax.
