Initially rather carbolic we thought, with some elegant dry waxiness. Beyond that we found plush cereal tones, fermenting apples, hay, carbon paper and lemon scented bath salts. Reduction accentuated the sweeter tones while maintaining this clean and natural profile. Fresh plaster board, almond paste, milk bottle sweets, putty, chalk and soft earthiness. The neat palate was immediately chewy and dense. Jellied fruit sweets, raspberry, strawberry and a warmth of chilli. With water we got mineral oils, canvas, soot, pineapple chunks and eventually a more floral, cereal and gentle profile. Leafy, sweet and with notes of jelly beans, ginger syrup, aniseed and herbal toothpaste.
