Finger lime and white chocolate cheesecake

A summery, fruity delight; imagine sitting in a comfortable chair on a rooftop decked terrace surrounded by plenty of plants and flowers enjoying the white fluffy clouds and blue sky panorama. On the table heaps of goodies, like a fruit salad with strawberries, key lime pie and vanilla ice cream with a caramel sauce.
