We jumped right into this one with fruity fizzy bath bombs, a lit black pepper and vanilla-scented candle, lemon sherbet and white chocolate chip cookies. The palate had plenty of citric zing next to juicy sweet pineapple, comfit pears in apple sauce and Vieille prune eau de vie aged in oak casks. With the addition of water we made almond butter baked apples - sweet baked apples with vanilla almond butter, pecan, cinnamon, sea salt and finally a drizzle of maple syrup, as we drank lime blossom loose leaf herbal tea spiced with a little nutmeg.
