Tasting Notes
Choosing between bunches of blooms for mother, our noses supped on golden syrup milkshakes before taking a seat on hay bales drizzled with lemon buttercream. The palate opened with pineapple tarts, vanilla custard and spiced rhubarb crumble, followed by a long, chamomile finish. Water gave the nose more of a lemon emphasis, muddled with grapefruit, mango and mint. Deciding upon a bouquet for our mums, we finished with pastries, a slice of toast and a mug of cocoa.
