Tasting Notes
The nose neat surrounded us with light, fruity and frothy aromas that reminded us of a pineapple and banana custard meringue as well as lemon shortbread cookies. On the palate a zingy lime curd tart with a chia seed base accompanied by fresh strawberries, vanilla Chantilly cream, banana pudding pie and Jaffa cakes. After reduction wonderful summery vibes of lime and coconut meringue pie, watermelon and apple fizz ball sweets as well as lemon flavoured sherbet dib with a strawberry flavoured lolly (dib dab). A lovely soft smooth texture of sweet coconut water, chocolate chip cookies and caramel shortbread.
