A fun-filled set of aromas of sweets and confectionary such as fizzy watermelon, white mice, love hearts, chocolate limes and peppermint creams. Hot on the palate neat but in a ‘sweet way’; spiced apple juice with cinnamon and nutmeg and jam made with Cantaloupe melon, sugar, lemon juice and crushed pink peppercorns. Following the addition of water, a lit coconut, lime, lemon verbena, peach and vanilla scented candle appeared. While to taste freshly pressed sugar cane juice with a squeeze of lime and a peppered honey kumquat caipirinha cocktail using clover honey syrup and falernum, containing ginger, lime, almonds and allspice tickled the senses.
