Tasting Notes
An evocative, floral lavender aroma at first followed by a sweet citrus and vanilla scent reminding some of a twister ice lolly while others poured themselves a honey-vanilla lemonade. On the palate initially, a fresh citric spike before the juniper came through in full force and in the finish a Belgian -style wheat beer garnished with an orange slice. Water added lemon sherbet, cassia bark, candied lime peel next to fresh sweet coconut and a medley of Mediterranean herbs. To taste now a Gin and Tonic Royale cocktail with vanilla syrup, orange bitters and brut champagne. Chin-chin!
