Tasting Notes
We noticed, at first, a lovely tinge like the pleasing glow of the first ray of light at sunrise. On the nose neat, clearly juniper-led but also with the additional aromas of coriander in a cloudy lemonade, juicy sliced pears and eucalyptus. Really zingy and fresh on the palate and with a lot more spice, yet surprisingly rather different to what the nose led us to believe as we decided on spicy mandarin flavoured Fisherman’s Friend lozenges. Water added a sweet white grape scent next to rhubarb and custard sweets, while to taste truly ‘gin-ius’ with sweet and spice perfectly balanced, lime zest and orange oil and then, in the finish, juniper.
