Limited to 2 bottles per member

Delicate on the nose, sweet and creamy with notes of biscuits and baked goods such as profiteroles and madeleines. Fruity aromas of grapes, apples and mandarins that are reminiscent of fruit tarts. Over time there is a touch of oak and dry grass. Light and gentle, both in taste and mouthfeel. Fruity notes of apple, pear and peach yoghurt provide a refreshing acidity. Lemon cake and meringue, marzipan and panna cotta can be found on the palate. With water it becomes woodier and grassier. Still sweet and light, but spicier and slightly warming - a bit autumnal; like rain in late summer that brings the change of seasons.
