Honey or caramel blonde?

Initially the more senior, in terms of age, Panel member felt like stepping into a vintage hair salon with the scent of colouring, a classic perm and plenty of hairspray. This soon dissipated into plenty of fruits such as pineapple, papaya, apricot and kiwi, before fresh mint and pink pepper took centre stage. On the palate we stayed with the fruit theme, drinking a summer smoothie blending watermelon, cantaloupe and honeydew. On the reduced nose we got a slice of Italian apricot tart with a lemon-scented crust, while the taste was of strawberry custard tarts topped with lemon curd-whipped cream.
