Initially we found Fruit Loops studded throughout sweet breakfast cereals, cinnamon swirl, new leather shoes, camphor, putty, fig rolls, cut grass and a big splash of farmhouse cider. Water brought abundant freshness with impressions of petrichor, damp forest, o-zone and wet leaves. Also sweeter things like white chocolate, marshmallow and butter mints. The palate was initially bright, minty and grassy, but also evolved a superbly textural thickness with sweetened olive oil, citrus curds, banana chips, mead and camphor. Reduction brought out a crisp, zingy citrus note along with mineral oil, golden syrup, sandalwood, white pepper and jasmine tea.
