Tasting Notes
Creamy notes of vanilla ice cream, custard and marzipan coated the fresh zing of lemon sorbet, pink grapefruit and wild strawberries amid green grass. An abundance of spice in the mouth became balanced by sweet flavours of caramel wafers, tropical fruits and milk chocolate, while fine oils and honey coated the taste buds. Drops of water released sugared almonds, Turkish delight and rhubarb before sticky melon liqueur and cream were poured over ripe pineapple and peaches. A touch of salt now joined lemon skin, lime and raisins, while the tropical fruits morphed into peppermint and sandalwood on the finish.
