Tasting Notes
The height of elegance! This is an extremely fragrant and aromatic profile, full of dusty lemon bonbons, citrus meringue pies, boiled travel sweeties, ladies perfume, dried lavender, Twister ice lollies, strawberry foam sweets, lemongrass and runny honey. Some sweet herbal extracts and pot pourri as well. Reduction brings out stewed rhubarb, pine infused butter, posh air fresheners, bath bombs and citronella candles. A cascade of rose petals descends in time. The palate offers a surprisingly full texture. Lots of bitter lemon, dried tarragon, subtle menthol properties and the bitter bite of an expensive negroni. With dilution it becomes dangerously approachable. The lemon recedes to make room for icing sugar, orange pith, fruit pink peppercorns and scented wildflowers.
