Tasting Notes
A delicate but detailed aroma at first nosing, revealing rather a lot of citrus curds, meringue, sweet hay, elderflower cordial, underripe green banana and plain breakfast cereals. We also found some hints of agave, vase water and yellow plums. This was playful and easy in profile. Water brought out spearmint, cookie dough and cloudy lemonade, along with some more mineral aspects such as wet rocks and linens. The neat palate displayed initial flavours of melon cordial, lemon jelly, elderflower sorbet, juicy fruit chewing gum and coconut. With water we got pear drops, lychees, kumquat and tarragon, with a wee note of synthetic bubblegum and rolling tobacco.
