Tasting Notes

This one was all about lemons –fresh lemon sorbet, sherbet sours, lemon curd, limoncello, lemon zest cookies and warm lemon pudding cake. We lay on the grass chewing on a single blade gazing up at the sky while day-dreaming, living carefree! Diluted we decided to take a wooden deck chair, put on some coconut sun cream and with the light breeze carrying the delightful scent of nearby flowerbeds in full bloom, we made a daisy chain for our loved one. On the palate we imagined that romantic sweet welcoming kiss which put a big smile on our faces –life is good!
