Tasting Notes
We wallowed in this dram's mouth-watering dessert buffet perfume, full of candy corn on banana pudding, parma violet ice cream, and huckleberry and lemon compote. The palate was very close to the nose, but led by green apple and a spritz of orange soda spiked with wild mint and stone fruits. Water added the scent of vanilla syrup poured over white toast smothered with elderflower jelly and honeysuckle. The reduced palate was spicier: a woody mace and blackcurrant cocktail that proved pleasant and energising, before finishing with more banana, plus ginger and pencil shavings.
