Plenty of ripe fruits on the nose neat; apples, oranges and mangoes all perfectly placed in a luxury pewter bowl as we wrote a letter on scented paper using a fountain pen and sealed the envelope with a wax seal. We enjoyed a wonderful, sweet, fruity warmness like drinking a hot mochaccino made with cardamom, cinnamon, cube cane sugar and plenty of double cream. Some loved it neat but given the strength, we all added water and the scent of musky perfume, sandalwood and waxed furniture with a hint of pinecone incense smoke emerged. The palate created an atmosphere of tranquillity and we turned into dreamy panellists totally absorbed in the moment.
