We immediately noted a fresh and sweet scent coming from spearmint, vanilla sugar and chantilly cream. With time, aromas of dried cranberries, hazelnut chocolates and a lychee fruit tea with an aloe topping emerged. On the neat palate, a summery melon yoghurt dessert combining creamy soy yoghurt and sweet galia melon with crunchy almond brittle. Following reduction, we found on the nose dried papaya, candied pineapple cubes, almond paste and nougat wafer ice cream. To taste, a delightful and refreshing fruit salad using strawberries, blueberries, mango and mandarin segments as well as marshmallows, topped with a dollop of cinnamon ice cream.
