Initially the aroma of heather honey ice cream and honey & beeswax natural lip balm with honey, coconut and vanilla filled the room before an invigorating scent of Ginkgo biloba leaf extract cream took centre stage. On the palate, it felt like biting into a fabulous juicy tropical fruit tart with crème pâtissière – extremely moreish! With a tiny drop of water, it was impossible to resist the orange blossom, shortbread, marzipan croissants, pain au chocolate, crème anglaise and raspberry frangipane tart. The taste was succulent sweet like a basket filled with a variety of marzipan fruits – adorable almonds!
