Tasting Notes
A complex nose delivered nuts and the soft leather of antique library books with a complex array of earthy dunnage warehouse floors, putty and calvados. Floral notes and sweet oranges developed into dried figs, raisons and walnuts on the palate along with gingerbread, mead and Armagnac. Water released the sweet spice of cinnamon buns and liquorice sweets with the fresh corn notes of bourbon whiskey complimented by pipe tobacco and cola. Now the soft fruits of apples, papaya and nectarines suggested old cognac with toffee and toasted almonds lasting onto a melon and peach infused finish of pure excellence.
