The Panel remarked on the stunning consistency of quality from this distillery. Another dazzling display of sweet, syrupy waxes, pineapple chunks dusted with shredded coconut and hessian sackcloth. Then richly umami notes of brown rice miso, camphor, lime curds and white flowers on a pebble shoreline. Water teased out Turkish delight and young dry gewurztraminer. Wee touches of spices mango jam, ointments, dried herbs and a beautifully prickly hit of gorse flowers. The palate walked a fine line between sweet medicines and chalky minerals. Freshly chopped parsley, lime pith, coastal freshness of sandalwood, mint julep and lamp oil. With water some citronella wax, tarragon and the warmth of tea tree oil and white pepper
