Tasting Notes
A whispering scent of light, sweet, earthy aromas combined with delicate floral notes made this a very attractive proposition. On the palate, waxy lemons, pancake batter, rosehip syrup and white chocolate-coated grapes with orange curd, as well as a mille-feuille (layers of puff pastry alternating with pastry cream and finished with a white and chocolate decorative glaze), further complemented that susurrant sensation. A drop of water if you wish, and we imagined walking along the beach on a sunny day, then sitting on a rock for a break. We enjoyed sea buckthorn mousse, lime marmalade and profiteroles before we carried on walking, now with a spring in our step.
